About the team

Welcome to Lichfield RUFC Under 12 Girls age group page.

Our team is for girls who are in Years 6 & 7 at school and our focus is on developing players’ skills, as they learn new aspects of the game each season.

We train on Thursdays from 6:15pm to 7:15pm and on Sundays 12:30pm- 1:45pm at Lichfield Rugby Club.

We always have fun! In training we work hard to develop the skills needed to compete against other teams whilst improving our fitness. In matches we work hard for each other, ensure every player has an opportunity to play and always play according to rugby's core values. Central throughout is ensuring every player enjoys every minute of their time in a Lichfield shirt.

Anyone is welcome to come and try rugby with us, no experience necessary.
